The Green Smoothie
Although I don't classify this as a weightloss smoothie, I lost 4 pounds in a little over a week drinking this and I'm NOT overweight.
Directions & Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1.5 cups of Frozen Fruit – I used a tropical mix of Mango, Strawberry, Papaya, and Pineapple
- 1 large handful Baby Spinach
- 2 tsps Spirulina
- 1 tsp Acai Powder (Acai will help with weight)
- 1-2 dropperfuls NuNaturals Alcohol Free Stevia to taste
- 1 cup water or Almond Milk (adjust amount as needed for desired consistency)
Simply blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Garnish smoothie with some Goji Berries which add a nice texture and make it look great!
